Lilan was really great to work with. I had never booked a vacation through a travel agent before, so I didn’t know what to expect. Lilan provided us a lot of options for our 50th birthday trip, she was patient while we figured out our dates, suggested lots of great activities, got us some great perks at the resort, and then checked in with us before and after our trip. Lilan helped us planned a friends’ reunion weekend get away, it was a rather large group and there were a lot of different requests.
